At Darkhunt AI, we're building a Cursor-like control plane for AI security: a semi-autonomous system that helps teams understand how their AI agents can be attacked, why it matters, and how to defend against it.
Instead of static scans, we deploy swarms of AI agents that actively probe AI systems, explore attack paths, and adapt their behaviour in real time. These offensive discoveries are translated into actionable, and
increasingly automated, defensive strategies.
The hard problem is closing the loop: turning evolving attack techniques into defences that continuously learn, adapt, and harden AI systems — without slowing teams down.
We're a pre-seed, bootstrapped company with 5 people.
This is a new category. That means no playbook, no predefined buyer journey, and no obvious go-to-market motion yet. That's where you come in.
What you'll do
Own and build the entire commercial and go-to-market function from the ground up.
You'll work directly with customers to understand how AI security teams think, buy, and adopt — and turn that insight into a repeatable growth engine.
Specifically, you will:
Define and execute Darkhunt's go-to-market strategy, from early adopters to scalable revenue.
Own the full sales lifecycle: positioning, discovery, pitching, closing, and expansion.
Shape messaging and narrative so customers understand why this category matters and why now.
Work hands-on with customers pre- and post-deployment to ensure successful adoption and long-term value.
Translate customer pain, objections, and buying signals into product and strategy feedback.
Build early sales and marketing processes, tooling, and playbooks — then evolve them as we scale.
Act as the Founder's right hand on all commercial, customer, and growth decisions.
This is not a "manage from the sidelines" role. You will close deals yourself, talk to users weekly, and help define what "AI security" even means to the market.
Location & work setup
This is a fully remote role, with the requirement to work within ±3 hours of Dublin (Ireland) time to enable close collaboration with the Founder and core team.

You're comfortable selling something new, technical, and not yet fully understood by the market.
You're equally happy in a strategy conversation or a customer call.
You want your decisions to shape how the company grows, not just how revenue is reported.
