Darkhunt Limited (“Darkhunt”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in Ireland (company number 806409). This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our websites (darkhunt.ai, docs.darkhunt.ai and trust.darkhunt.ai), request a demo, use the Darkhunt platform, or when we contact you about our services.
Darkhunt Limited is the controller of this personal data. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Questions about this policy go to security@darkhunt.ai.
What data do we collect?
Darkhunt collects the following data:
Contact information: name, business email address, job title, company and business phone number
Information you send us, such as details about your company and AI deployment when you request a demo
Platform account information: name, email address, username, login and security events, acceptance of our terms, and how you use the platform
Website usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring website, and, if you accept analytics cookies, session recordings and heatmaps
Business development information: your professional profile URL and how you interact with our emails (opens, clicks and replies)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Darkhunt with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Request a demo or contact us by email or through a form on our website
Register for, or use, the Darkhunt platform
Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies
Customer data on our platform. When a customer uses the Darkhunt platform to test, monitor or protect its AI applications, that data can include personal data, such as prompts, model responses and end-user identifiers. We process it on the customer’s behalf under our Data Processing Agreement, and the customer’s own privacy notice applies. Our sub-processors for customer data are listed at https://trust.darkhunt.ai

How do we store your data?
Darkhunt securely stores your data in the European Union, in Amazon Web Services’ Ireland region and with our service providers listed above. We protect it with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls with multi-factor authentication, logging and monitoring, and security reviews of our vendors. Darkhunt Limited has completed a SOC 2 Type I examination; details are at https://trust.darkhunt.ai
Some of our service providers process data in the United States. For those transfers we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details of these safeguards.
Marketing
Darkhunt would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. We contact business contacts on the basis of our legitimate interest, and every marketing email we send includes a link to opt out.
You have the right at any time to stop Darkhunt from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, click the opt-out link in any of our emails or email security@darkhunt.ai. We keep your email address on a suppression list so that we do not contact you again.
What are your data protection rights?
Darkhunt would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Darkhunt for copies of your personal data, free of charge.
